My career path has been driven by curiosity and a constant desire to solve new creative challenges. Starting in animation and web design, I moved into creating interfaces for video games, then helped transform a traditional ad agency into an integrated digital agency. Along the way, I built and ran my own brand agency, working on everything from package design to environmental graphics, and helped guide a couple of startups – including one that was acquired by Google.

Now, as Creative Director at America's Test Kitchen, I lead a multi-disciplinary team of art directors, designers, photographers, and more who shape every aspect of our brand. My role combines what I love most: nurturing talent, solving complex creative problems, and building systems that let creativity flourish.

I believe great creative work happens when people feel empowered to push boundaries while understanding their impact on the bigger picture. Rather than dictating solutions, I help teams see opportunities and connect their work to broader company goals. This approach has helped me build strong relationships with everyone from junior designers to C-suite executives.

Throughout my career, I've found that focusing on creative excellence and human-centered design naturally drives business success. The key is building teams that combine diverse talents with shared high standards, and creating an environment where people are excited and empowered to do their best work.
